**SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT**

On Tuesday, April 30, 2013, at 6 p.m., Historic Rock Hill will hold its Annual Meeting for its members and guests.  Members in good standing (dues paid in full and current) will elect officers and directors in the Class of 2016 to its Board of Directors and vote to approve proposed changes to Historic Rock Hill's By-Laws.  A summary of changes as well as the by-laws in their entirety may be found at http://historicrockhill.com/lantern-archive/.
